These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website stropymx.com, as well as the contracting of financial consulting and social support services offered by Stropymx, S.A. de C.V. By accessing or using our website, you accept these terms in their entirety.

Our services are informational and guidance-oriented and do not constitute regulated investment advice. Financial decisions made based on our recommendations are the sole responsibility of the client.

The client has the right to cancel a contracted service within 5 business days following the contracting, with a full refund. Payments are made through secure electronic means authorized by Mexican banking institutions.
7. Dispute Resolution
For any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
8. Modifications
Stropymx reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the website. Continued use of the website after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the same.
